This session begins with an overview of the balanced scorecard system and implementation strategy. ADI, working with senior management, then develops the company-level strategic scorecard, identifying measures that drive profitability and strategy.

Company-level Plus Five Position Scorecards

Following the executive design session, pinpointed results measures and priority weights will be defined for the position scorecards. Data sources will also be discussed to ensure the measures developed will have data available on a consistent monthly basis.
